I’m the Library User Experience Specialist at Harvard University and have performed usability testing on websites, run projects utilizing participatory design, and am interested how all user research methods can be applied to improve the in-person and online library experience. Prior to Harvard, I worked as the Systems & Web Applications Librarian at Simmons College. During that time I implemented a responsive library catalog, enhanced the library website based on user experience feedback, developed an online content strategy, and kept the ILS running smoothly.
I’m also the author of the book, Free Technology for Libraries.
