Research Portfolio

I’m Amy. I lead user research projects and work with teams who take a user-centered approach to work. I have worked with all kinds of users to build insights on websites, digital collections, and online exhibits. I am passionate about inclusive design and digital accessibility. I love surprising people with unexpected insights and leading discussions about design choices.

The UX research projects described in my portfolio are drawn from my extensive work as the UX lead for the Harvard Library website.
